In addition to the Personal Information described above, the mobile application may collect:

  • Employee ID
  • Email address
  • Captured images (e.g., attendance photos)
  • GPS location information
  • Device information
  • Time-stamp data

Such information is collected for attendance verification and related human resource management purposes.

2. Management of Personal Information
All data (including photos and location logs) is transmitted via secure HTTPS communication and stored in encrypted format.
Access to such data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Data may be stored on secure servers located in Singapore and/or Japan, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Personal Information collected through the mobile application will be used solely for:

The mobile application requests access to the device camera and GPS solely for attendance verification purposes.

Explicit user consent is required before camera or GPS access is granted.
 If consent is not provided, the relevant functions will be disabled.

8. Third-Party Authentication (Facebook / Google / LINE)
When logging in via Facebook, Google, or LINE, the application may obtain limited information such as:

  • User’s name
  • Email address
  • Profile image

Passwords are not stored by the Company and authentication credentials are handled solely for login management purposes.
